UPDATE: after posting this review the owner of the company almost immediately called and offered to refund the order, and apologised for the miscommunication. Website said guaranteed delivery in 7 days and they delivered my order almost 3 week after I made the order, the week after the event I had ordered it for. I emailed multiple times to chase where my order was and never received a reply, and now have no way to contact anyone for a refund. The delivery service they used is an independent contractor who cannot help you.

Do not use! Says 7 day guarantee. I've been waiting 8 days and when I want to track my package I have to download an app, create an account, give over details which are probably sold on... I've emailed twice and no response. Very bad service.

I was a first-time buyer and had an excellent experience. The owner even responded to my query out of hours, which really impressed me. Delivery arrived right on time, and the driver was both friendly and professional. Highly recommend this service!

Did not receive my delivery in the guaranteed time frame. Emailed them asking for a refund and they advised it was out for delivery 4 days after the guaranteed time stated, which I advised I did not want as I needed them for a party. They mentioned they would call the driver to let them know however then receive an email 2hrs later to say the items have been delivered. So far the communication with them has been difficult and a nightmare. If they swiftly and easily arrange return and my refund I will look to change the rating however so far it’s been poor.
